Project 1: Sentiment & Community Perception Analysis – Miyakojima

Goal: Assess public sentiment and civil concerns related to military expansion, environmental impact, and cultural site preservation on Miyakojima Island.

My Role: Conducted research and synthesized findings from government documents, academic studies, and local media. Translated technical data and cultural insights into accessible narratives for decision-makers.

Impact: Identified key local concerns, including groundwater contamination, cultural site destruction, housing shortages, and heightened security anxieties . Delivered insights that shaped communication strategies, helping leadership understand and address civil resistance while building trust with the local community.

Project 2: Strategic Influence Operations Design

Goal: Craft compelling narratives and visual campaigns to engage local communities and regional partners.

My Role: Created storyboards, campaign themes, and key visuals that simplified complex information.

Impact: Increased engagement, strengthened trust, and influenced decision-making at the community level.

Project 3: Disaster Relief Information Hub

Goal: Provide easy-to-understand communication materials for civilians during a simulated disaster response.

My Role: Translated technical language into accessible infographics and quick-reference guides.

Goal: Create training guides and presentations for cross-functional teams in complex operations.

My Role: Designed slides, layouts, and templates to standardize communication.

Project 5: Conceptual Campaign Design – Multinational Humanitarian Assistance Exercise

Goal: Develop a conceptual communication framework and visual campaign to support a planned relief exercise involving 12 partner nations.

My Role: Designed draft briefing decks, infographics, and field guide concepts to illustrate how information could be standardized and delivered across multinational teams.

Impact: While conceptual, this project demonstrated the value of using visual communication and campaign design to align diverse stakeholders. The framework was used in planning discussions to highlight how clear narratives and visuals can build trust, reduce friction, and prepare teams for high-pressure operations.
